1) How do I set up an internet trading account with Wyse
Securities?
Top
There are 3 ways to setup your account:
1.
Apply Online. This
is the fastest way to get started. Get immediate
access to your new Wyse account. You will be asked
to print, sign and mail your completed application.
You will be given trading privileges upon receipt of
your signed application and funding of the account.
2.
Print Forms.
Download the forms you need to open your account,
print them and mail them to us. You will be given
access to your new Wyse account and trading
privileges upon receipt of your signed application
and funding of the account.
3. Phone
Request. Please call us at
1-800-640-8668, and we
will send you the forms needed to open an account.
You will be given access to your new Wyse account
and trading privileges upon receipt of your signed
application and funding of the account.
2) How do I fund my account? Top
The following funding options are available:
Account/Security Transfer, Wire Transfer, Personal
Check Deposit, Payroll Direct Deposit, Cashiers
Checks, Money Orders, ACH and Securities
Certificates. Our

explains these options in more detail.
3) Through what means may I place a trade? Top
You may place a trade through the internet or with a
broker over the phone. Trade requests sent via email
or regular mail will not be accepted.
4) Do I need an email address in order to open an
account at Wysesecurities.com?
Top
Every new internet account holder at
Wysesecurities.com must have a valid email address.
Email is quick and convenient and allows us to be
highly responsive to customer needs.
5) What are your online commissions? Top
Our basic online commissions are $5.95/trade,
(stock priced $1.00 & up, round lot only). Other
fees may apply.

6) What is the initial requirement to open an account ? Top
There is no initial requirement to open an account.
However, to place a trade, sufficient cash or
securities are needed. A 5 business day hold will be
placed upon personal check deposits before investing
is permitted.
7) How is my account protected? Top

8) How do I transfer securities and cash balances to my
account?
Top
If you are transferring funds from another brokerage
firm, you will need to request a transfer form,
which must be filled out, signed, and sent back to
Wyse Securities for processing. This is referred to
as an ACAT transfer and under normal circumstances
takes approximately 3 weeks from the time we receive
your paperwork.

9) To set up or transfer an IRA, what is your charge? Top
There are no charges to transfer or set up an IRA at
Wyse Securities. However, if you are transferring an
IRA, the delivering brokerage firm may assess
termination and/or transfer fees.
10) Do you offer cash management accounts? Top
Yes, we offer the Vision Account. A daily sweep is
automatically invested in your choice of four money
market funds. Free check writing privileges are
available with this account.
11) Do you charge any monthly or annual maintenance fees
for IRA accounts?
Top
There is a $35 annual maintenance fee for IRA
accounts.
12) What are the maintenance fees for inactive trader?
Top
One trade per year is needed to avoid annual
Maintenance fees.
13) How do I deposit money into my account? Top

14) What is a margin account? Top
A margin account involves SWS Securities, Inc.
extending credit to you based on the marginable
securities in your account as collateral. Margin
interest is the amount you pay when you use SWS
Securities credit to purchase a security. See learning center
for more information.
15) What kind of securities may I trade in my account?
Top
You can trade stocks, index options, and equity
options online. Mutual Funds, Bonds and Unit
Investment Trusts may be purchased through a broker.
16) What types of orders can I place? Do you charge an
extra fee for limit orders?
Top
Wyse Securities accepts all common types of orders,
including market and limit orders, stop and
stop-limit orders, good-till-cancel orders, and
all-or-none orders. Commissions are the same
for both online Limit & Market orders. There is an
additional $3.00 charge for GTC orders.
17) How do I get notified of trade executions? Top
Online account holders are notified through their
message screen immediately after a trade is
executed. Also, the activity and positions screens
are then updated automatically. Unless you elect to
receive your confirmations by email or facsimile,
you will be mailed a confirmation the day the order
is executed.
18) When does my account balance update to reflect my
account activity?
Top
Online cash account balances are updated
immediately. Online margin account buying power is
updated at the end of each day. For questions
regarding margin buying power, contact us at

19) If I can’t get my computer to place a trade, can I
call in to place a trade with internet charge?
Top
If the Wyse Securities system is down, you can call
1-800-640-8668 and place your trade with a broker for
internet commission rates; however, if your computer
system is not functioning (or you are away from your
computer), a broker can place your trade for you,
but broker-assisted rates will apply.
20) If I have a question regarding my account, who
should I talk to?

You can call and talk to a representative at
1-800-640-8668 or you can e-mail us at office@wyse-sec.com.
Please note that inquiries regarding orders should
be made by phone, as orders are time sensitive.
22) Why can’t I log in? Top
Please make sure your settings are set correctly on
your browser.
1. For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
or better, go to your tool bar, click on Tools,
click on Internet Options, go to Temporary
Internet Files, and click on Settings, and under
the section that says, check for newer versions
click on Every visit to the page (click OK).
Next, click on Delete Files (click OK). Now go
up to the tab marked Security and click on it.
Click on Custom Level and scroll down to
Cookies. Make sure that Cookies are 'enabled.'
Now go up to the tab marked Advanced and click
on it. Scroll down to Java VM and make sure that
JIT compiler is enabled. Then click OK and you
are done.
2. For Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0
or better, go to your tool bar, click on View,
click on Internet Options, go to Temporary
Internet Files, and click on Settings, and under
the section that says, check for newer versions
click on Every visit to the page (click OK).
Next, click on Delete Files (click OK). Now go
up to the tab marked Advanced and click on it.
Scroll down to Cookies and click on accept
cookies. Under Cookies you will see Java, make
sure that JIT compiler is enabled. Then click OK
and you are done.
3. For Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 to
3.02,
go to your tool bar, click on View, click on
Options, click on the Navigator tab. Click on
the Advanced tab. Go down to Temporary Internet
Files and click on Settings. Under "check for
newer versions of stored pages," click the
choice every visit to the page. Go down and
click on Empty Folder (click Yes). Make sure
that Java JIT Compiler is enabled. Then click OK
and you are done.
4. For Netscape 6.0
or better, go to your tool bar, click on Edit,
click on Preferences, double click on Advanced,
click on Cache, and clear the memory and clear
the disk. After that set the document in cache
to Update Every Time.
5. For AOL 3.0 and above,
go to your tool bar, click on Members, click
Preferences, then select WWW. Next select the
Advanced tab. Under Temporary Internet Files,
click on Settings. Under "check for newer
versions of stored pages," click the choice
every visit to the page. Then, click Empty
folder. It will ask you if you are sure, click
yes.
For users of AOL, we also recommend that once
you have connected to the internet via AOL, that
you close your AOL browser and use either
Internet Explorer 3.0 > or Netscape Communicator
6.0 > to access our site.

23) Which web browser can I use to access my account? Top
You can access your account with Mozilla Firefox, and Opera
24) Why can't I download forms from your site? Top
The forms on the Wysesecurities.com site are in PDF
format and require the program Acrobat Reader.
25) Is there any specific software I need to run my
account from my PC?
Top
No additional software is needed to access your
account or to place a trade.
26) What type of Internet protection does my account
have?
Top
We use SSL3 encryption and are implementing
certificate authentication using VeriSign and Comodo
certificates. These systems protect your account
from unauthorized access.

27) How come I can login in from home but not from work?
Top
If you are able to access your site from home but
not from work, this could be because your work is
behind a firewall. If this is the case, talk to your
systems administrator to help you setup proxy
settings in your browser.
28) If my computer has a problem, can I call in to place
a trade and only pay internet commission?
Top
If Wysesecurities.com's system is down, you can call
1-800-640-8668 and place your trade with a broker for
internet commissions; however, if your computer
system is not functioning (or you are away from your
computer), a broker can place your trade for you,
but broker-assisted rates will apply.
